| 役割概要 | Consultants work directly with clients at their locations as a member of a consulting team and in partnership with Wipro’s integrated account team. Consultants are expected to take an active role in all stages and aspects of the client engagement lifecycle. Consulting responsibilities typically include: • Identifying, structuring and shaping client engagements • Solving complex client challenges and affecting transformational change • Building innovative and practical client solutions • Cultivating long-term relationships with clients • Managing large organisational changes • Developing strategies for global delivery • Supporting strategic internal initiatives • Producing industry leading business research, position papers and white papers • Collaborating with global consulting teams, engagement managers, and practice leads |
| 要件 | The candidate's depth and relevance of experience will determine the specific position offered. These positions are non-entry level, offer a competitive salary, and allow for timely career advancement based on performance. The following qualifications are desired in all candidates: • MBA from a top university is a must • GPA of 3.3 and higher • Pre-MBA work-experience desired, consulting experience is a plus • Able to work independently, as well as, a part of a team • Demonstrated leadership experience • Comfortable interacting with and presenting to executives and senior business leaders • Highly proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite Desired: ・ Good People orientation ・ Knowledge of services offered by Wipro (not must) Language requirement: ・ Bi-lingual (English & Japanese) - Must |
