役割概要  Developing .NET based rich applications. Debugging and bug fixing for .net applications.
 Sound knowledge and experience in .Net/VB.Net/C#/ASP.Net – Highly experienced in developing Web Applications. Knowledge of ASP, ASP.NET, VB.net, C#, PHP, Javascript, AJAX, web 2.0.
 Sound familiarity working with Visual Studio 2003, 2005 environment
 Should be able to work independently or part of team.
 High energy levels – should take accountability for tasks assigned
 Responsible for writing .Net based Web Services & integration with SharePoint server. Should has strong understanding about .Net integration platform.
 Experience with object oriented analysis/design.
 Deep understanding of code quality and methods used to improve it such as test driven development and continuous integration.
 Insight into the latest technology trends and developments including but not limited to .Net.
要件  Should have knowledge and working experience in SQL Server Reporting Services & Integration services.
 High level of debugging skills – should demonstrate working with high level of trouble shooting and defect analysis skills
 Sound knowledge and experience in .Net/VB.Net/C#/ASP.Net – Highly experienced in developing Web Applications. Knowledge of ASP, ASP.NET, VB.net, C#, PHP, Javascript, AJAX, web 2.0.
 Good understanding of Database concepts and connectivity. Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle or SQL Server
 Database – SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 – excellent expertise required writing stored procedures, queries, triggers, transactions, scripts etc.
 Understanding of SAS programming
 Should posses a keen sense of understanding and debug code written by others – Responsible for performing impact analysis
 Should have working experience with NUNIT.
 Awareness of Lean and Agile principles is a plus.
 Basic finance front and back office knowledge is preferred
 Good written and oral communications skills in both Japanese and English, together with the ability to communicate with management and other business groups is preferred

会社によって、プロデューサーやディレクターが数値に対して責任を負うことになりますが、提供しているサービスが収益に直結しているため、エンジニアもユーザー数などの利益に直結する数値を意識することが求められます。
また、エンタープライズ系の企業が3～4年でシステムの入れ替えを行うのに対して、Web系の企業だと3ヶ月くらいでサービスをリリースすることもあるので、スピード感も求められます。
