| 役割概要 |
Position Summary: • Looking for an individual to manage the IT Planning Section, which is to; Plan and maintain IT strategies such as IT blueprints & roadmap, Organization and Sourcing etc. Plan and see fiscal year budget, resources and performances etc. Initiate and manage IT program (a group of projects to collectively achieve a larger goal) and business deployment / benefit realization related to the program. Establish and maintain various governance rules and processes in IT division aligning with Coporate, guideline or directions (excl. Technology matter) Responsible for Facilitating and Managing the IT Project Prioritization with the various Business Units Responsible for the IT Project Management Office and associated Governance Responsible for Staff Development and Training Responsible for Vendor Management and Development Create reporting of the above to CIO, AHA management and Regional management Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for management of daily operations of this section (3-4 staff) • Responsible for working with and leading other section managers on the roles of this sections • Overall Preparation of reporting for CIO, Regional IT, AHA Management and other business users as the representation of System Division |

equired skills and Experience: Essential • Strong leadership skills in a cross-cultural (cross-department, cross-project) environment • Logical thinking and analytical skills • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Communication skills in both Japanese and English (written & oral) • Experience in consulting firms for over 5 years (IT or Business consulting fields) preferably promoted to “Manager” • Experience of a on-site project leader in some projects • Strong ethical and principles driven individual • Good personality, with positive, “can-do” attitude, able to work effectively in cross-cultural context • Proactive, practical, visionary and decisive • University graduate Desirable • General Insurance Background • General IT Background • Experience working in a Direct Marketing operation • Some experiences in Organization transformation or process reengineering projects • Technical experience • Basic Business Management knowledge (knowledge related to MBA etc.) • Fast-paced, adaptable, and flexible to a changing and transforming organization • Able to work independently as an individual or as a part of a team • PMBOK or related knowledge regarding Project Management • Financials |
