| 役割概要 | The role will include managing and owning the delivery of software solutions supporting our Operations teams in Tokyo, with a wider involvement in regional programmes of work looking to create more harmony and consistency across our regional clearing and settlement platforms. Also part of this role is the challenge to prepare a Tokyo ‘target state’ solutions for Clearing and Settlement, working closely with Operation's key users and change resource, as well as the regional IT architecture team. The right person for this role will have a history of delivering technical leadership in a complex environment, designing and implementing complex solutions that incorporate software architecture and integration architecture methods. The candidate will also be part of the Operations APAC transformation programme, representing Tokyo Operations IT and ensuring that regional ideas and initiatives consider Japanese requirements, regulations and opportunities.. At the same time, the job will require the right candidate to work closely with local operations to determine and implement local ‘point’ solutions to support on-going business demand. An interesting challenge for the right person is to ensure that these ‘point’ solutions are compatible and aligned to the target state objectives and not simply tactical solutions. |
| 要件 | Core requirements: - Japanese capabilities to talk to local clearing house (JASDEC & BOJ) and the vendor here in Japan. - English capabilities to talk to team members / regional & global colleagues. - Strong expertise in Java and or C# with capability in Visual basic, Perl, C++ and Shell scripts. - Experience in supporting critical and time sensitive applications. - Knowledge of Unix (Solaris, Linux,), RDBMS (Oracle and/or Sybase) - Knowledge of networks, domains and protocols - Experience of supporting client server based applications. - Good time management and attention to detail. - Excellent verbal communication a must - Minimum of 7 years experience working in a highly technical support environment. - Self-driven, motivated, goal oriented and able to take full responsibility for actions - Possibility of short-term travel in the future. |
