| 役割概要 | The Alliances manager will be responsible for the day-to-day interaction with the Strategic Alliance Partners at the APJ level, and country level, on business planning, cost relief approvals, non-standard product requests, sales conflict resolution, field engagement. Participate in the regional planning meetings as well as quarterly business reviews. Internally, the Alliances manager will work closely with the brand team on product launch readiness from a field perspective, as well as have close involvement with tactical sales execution planning around revenue plans in APJ. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: • Own Executive Engagement with Strategic Alliance Partner for LE/PUB • Own APJ Partner Marketing Strategy, Planning and Activities calendar • Own Partner Funding • Be a Champion within the Segment Business & a Bridge of Interest in the Partner’s Community Interactions: Indicate the superior/subordinate relationship and any other working relationships • Requires strong teamwork skills. Must work with various internal organizations : Brand Marketing, Sales Operations, ASG, Sales, Finance, etc. • Requires daily interaction with partner alliances counterparts in APJ Key Responsibilities: • Lead decision support analytics and reporting systems, providing direction and recommendations regarding the evolution of all current and future analysis. • Receive and provide feedback on business needs and lead the development of standard reporting and analysis. Where appropriate, work with BI Systems team to have tools developed to accommodate. • Report performance of KPIs & performance drivers on daily/weekly/monthly basis for business units. Improve reporting efficiency & methodology by for example adopting use of existing & available BI Tools to collect & disseminate information to your users. • Extract and interrogate information from the Data-warehouse sources to reveal trends & behaviours to enhance understanding and targeting of opportunities for your business unit. • Assist in the data migration/maintenance of customer data to drive more effective sales/marketing engagement • Implement strategic initiatives such as Site Development, Customer Heat Maps, Acquisition/Development programs as agreed with greater BI team and regional initiatives. • Integrate into the local business units so as to, provide/understand direction and agreed local activities. |
| 要件 | Requirements: • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 8-10 years experience in Marketing, Sales and enterprise solution sales • Prior experience in technical sales, or marketing, in the technology industry • Good understanding of the our sales environment and the interactions/activities of our sales teams • Experience in managing third-party alliances • Strong understanding of overall business planning and marketing execution, as well as thorough understanding of vendor funding and marketing • Strong problem solving and decision making to identify core issues and propose solutions throughout the various phases of a negotiation, carrying the negotiation to a close w/success, inclusive of identifying areas for improvement and taking the negotiation to the next phase • Strong planning skills, priority setting, analytical and problem solving skills • Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment • Ability to communicate clearly through oral and written communications as well as formal presentations • Ability to present clear and concise information to team and internal customers • Fluency in written and verbal English required • Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese or Japanese a plus |
